We are happy to welcome Esbi Reclame as a new customer and are excited about this cooperation! Indeed, in addition to paper, wood and residual waste, we also collect dibond sheets separately at Esbi. These are lightweight sheets that are printed with an advertisement. They are composed of two aluminium outer layers with a plastic core layer in between. Recycling dibond is a challenge, but at Waardlanden we can separate the plastic from the aluminium and recycle it separately.
Pieter-Jan van de Steenoven director at Esbi, stresses, "We are aware of our waste production and try to reuse or recycle as many materials as possible. For example, we send the holders that hold the rolls of print film in place back to the supplier, and we see if we can use the print film's cover sheet for something else. The separate collection and recycling of dibond sheets means a lot less residual waste. This is not only better for the environment, but also saves costs for disposing of our waste."
