Have you moved to a new home? If so, you must inform the municipality where you will be living. The municipality will pass on the new addresses to us. You can then apply to us for an environmental pass and the (raw materials) containers belonging to your home.

Have you moved to an existing property? Then the previous occupant left the environmental pass in the house. If you do not find an environmental pass in the residence, please contact us immediately. contact with our customer contact centre. We will then block the old pass linked to your address and you will receive a new environmental pass within 5 working days.

Usually the (raw material) containers of the previous occupant(s) are left behind in the house. You can use these immediately. We do not exchange (raw material) containers.
