Waardlanden handles waste and raw materials collection for the municipalities of Gorinchem, Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Molenlanden and Vijfheerenlanden.
For you and over 64,000 other households, our 110 or so employees ensure that you can separate your household waste into recyclable raw materials as easily and effectively as possible. We transport collected raw materials to specialised companies that make them suitable for reuse in various production processes and applications. Residual waste goes to incinerators. At Waardlanden, we have trucks, sweepers and private cars to collect your waste and raw materials, clean roads, grit against slipperiness and control weeds.

Efficient
By taking cleaning out of the municipalities' hands and working across municipal borders, collection and cattle routes have been optimised. Trolleys go into the region in a targeted way, working smartly and quickly. Many shared services are used throughout the region.
High quality of service
Our primary task is to take care of cleaning and waste disposal for municipalities. In doing so, we focus on providing residents with good service and information. That quality comes first is reflected in our wide range of services. For example, extra service vans are on daily rotation in the region so that we can always respond flexibly, our environmental coaches are present at regional events for help and tips on less waste and better separation, and you can request a new or extra raw materials container.
Take care of it yourself
With the Waardlanden app, integrated into the website, you as a resident can arrange and look up many matters relating to waste and raw materials separation online. This is how we help you separate your waste and reusable materials and products as easily as possible.

Monitoring and enforcement: preventing serious pollution
In waste collection, we sometimes encounter serious pollution. These include rubbish deposits at the collection containers and dumped waste in public spaces. Our supervisors do all they can to combat this. Of course, you can also contact them with your questions about waste and raw materials.
